Privacy Policy

This policy is issued under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Who we are

reelverse.studio is operated by Naria AI, Bangkok, Thailand. In this policy “we” means that company and “you” means a visitor to the site.

What we collect

There are no accounts on this site — you watch without giving us a name or an email. What arises from use is:

  • Usage data — pages viewed, series and episodes opened, time on page, links clicked, via Google Analytics 4.
  • Device and network data — device type, OS, browser, language and IP address; Analytics uses IP for approximate country and does not retain full IPs in reports.
  • On-device data — we record how far you got in each series so we can offer “continue”. This stays in your browser, never reaches our servers, and clearing site data removes it.
  • What you send us — only if you email us, for example a copyright notice; kept as long as needed to handle it.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • Operating and securing the site — legitimate interest.
  • Measuring and improving content with Google Analytics 4 — consent.
  • Serving advertising, including personalised ads, via Google AdSense — consent.
  • Answering email and handling copyright claims — legitimate interest and legal obligation.

Decline consent and we load no analytics and serve no personalised advertising; the series still play.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal data. Our processors are:

  • Google (Analytics, AdSense, Funding Choices) — measurement and advertising.
  • YouTube (Google) — every episode is embedded from YouTube, so pressing play sends viewing data to YouTube, which may set its own cookies under Google's policy. We use the most privacy-restrictive embed mode available.
  • LINE — only if you tap our add-friend button, which takes you off our site.
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting and CDN.

These providers are outside Thailand; cross-border transfers rely on each provider's own safeguards. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Cookies and consent

On your first visit a Google-certified Consent Management Platform asks for your choice.

  • Strictly necessary cookies, such as remembering your language — no consent needed.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — consent required.
  • Advertising cookies (Google AdSense and partners) — consent required.

You can change your mind any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer, or block cookies in your browser.

Retention

  • Google Analytics data — up to 14 months.
  • Server logs — up to 90 days.
  • Emails you send — up to 2 years after the matter closes, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • On-device data — until you clear it.

Your PDPA rights

You may request access and a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we delete it. Guardians may contact us at hello@reelverse.studio.

Material changes are announced on the site and the effective date above is updated.
